Job Hoppers Beware!

Here's an interesting article on why the resumes of job hopping applicants are often the first to go into the "cylindrical file cabinet".

Quick summary: Job hoppers have less loyalty and less ability to pull through tough times, qualities that are very useful particularly to start-up businesses. If you job-hopped because a company went out of business, it might be a good idea to make that clear in your resume, e.g. "2001 - 2003  Enron (Bankrupt)".
